abank

abank (JSC Accent-Bank) is entered in the State Register of Banks, registration number in the State Register of Banks №127 dated 30.10.1992.
Joint-stock company 'Accent-Bank' was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on 30 October 1992 under the name 'Kyivpryvatbank', the successor of which later became the Ukrainian Credit Bank. In 2007 the institution was renamed Accent-Bank (A-Bank), and the head office moved from Kyiv to Dnipropetrovsk. In September 2015 control over A-Bank was transferred to the Surkis brothers. In 2023 the bank changed its name from A-Bank to abank.

According to the list published by the NBU in June 2026, abank is classified as a systemically important bank.

Founders of the bank, major shareholders, beneficiaries (owners): shareholders according to the register of securities holders — Surkis Ihor Rakhmilovych, Surkis Hryhorii Mykhailovych, Surkis Maryna Ihorivna, Surkis Svitlana Hryhorivna.

Authorized capital of JSC «Akcent-Bank» as of 2026: 2 115 686 000,00 UAH.

The bank is a participant in the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals of Ukraine (certificate No. 091 dated 20.08.2025).
