Mr Oleksii has 21 years of experience in the corporate banking sector of leading Ukrainian banks. He began his banking car'eer in 2002 at JSC 'Pravex Bank', where he was responsible for corporate and VIP clients. From 2008 to 2019 he held managerial positions at JSC 'Credit Agricole Bank' (Ukraine). Oleksii Stupak has extensive experience in the corporate segment of the Ukrainian banking system, in particular in business process transformation. In June 2019 Oleksii joined the Sense Bank team as Director of Corporate Business, holding the position of Director of Corporate-Investment, Small and Medium Business. Oleksii received his higher education at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
Ms Olena has over 15 years' experience of successful work in the public sector, legal and banking fields. Before joining the bank, Olena headed the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and was a Member of the Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. From 2021 to 2022 she worked as a legal and transformation adviser at JSC PrivatBank. In earlier years she held positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board at the State Mortgage Institution and at the Office for Administration of International Financial Cooperation Projects. She managed three strategic enterprises on behalf of the state as shareholder and state assets (gas transmission system, power transmission lines). In 2020 she was Director of Corporate, Regulatory and Legal Relations at PJSC Pharmaceutical Firm 'Darnitsa'. In 2017 she joined PrivatBank's management team after nationalisation at the bank's most critical period and coordinated a number of strategic directions, including the development and implementation of an international legal strategy. Ms Olena obtained her higher education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Law.
Joined the Sense Bank team in July 2023. Heads the Risk Management Department and the non-performing assets unit. Before joining the bank Oleksii served for 7 years as a member of the Management Board of JSC 'Agroprosperis Bank', where he was responsible for risk management. Prior to that he headed various risk management units at PJSC 'Credit Agricole Bank', including leading key risk management projects as the authorised representative of the Director for Risk Assessment. From 2008 to 2011 he worked in various positions at JSC 'ProCredit Bank', including heading the micro, small and medium business lending department. Oleksii Shkliaruk obtained his higher education at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in 'Banking' and 'Law'.
Appointed as a Member of the Management Board in July 2023; her areas of responsibility include the IT unit and the retail business unit. Inna has experience in developing retail and SME business and in managing IT and payment technology projects. Before joining the bank Ms Inna was an advisor to the CEO of NEQSOL Holding on digitalisation of processes and products, and she was also responsible for the project to build a digital ecosystem for the holding's business clients. From 2018 to 2021 she served as Deputy Chairperson of the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies. Inna was also a Member of the Management Board for IT and retail business at JSC 'Ukrgasbank', and served as Deputy Director of the General Department of Information Technology and Payment Systems at the National Bank of Ukraine. For 13 years she worked in various positions at JSC 'Brokbusinessbank', including heading the Individual Business Department. Inna graduated from Kyiv National Economic University.
He joined the Sense Bank team in July 2023. He is responsible for the corporate‑investment, small and medium business block. Andrii has been in banking since 2006, and most of his career 039 he worked in the corporate business sector. From 2017 to 2023 he worked at AB "Pivdennyi" in various positions within the Corporate Business Department, and for the last three years he was Deputy Director of the department. From 2011 he worked in the Corporate Business Sales Development Division of PJSC Credit Agricole Bank. He began his banking activity at PJSC Pravex‑Bank. Andrii Sokolov received his higher education at Vinnytsia State Technical University, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.
Serhii Maksyuta joined the Sense Bank team in June 2024. He heads the Finance Block. Serhii has 17-year successful experience in finance, including over 16 years at the largest state banks of Ukraine. From 2008 to 2020 he worked at JSC "Ukreximbank", including as Finance Director in 2018–2020. From 2022 he served as Director of the Financial and Economic Department at JSC Oschadbank. He began his career 039 at the USAID Project “RTI”. Serhii Maksyuta graduated from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in Business Economics and Public Finance. He also completed an MBA at MIM Kyiv and interned in the USA (Tepper School of Business). He has additional education in information security.

Joint Stock Company 'Sense Bank' (JSC Sense Bank) is one of the largest Ukrainian banks.
The bank was founded in 1992. From 2001 it operated under the name PJSC «Alfa‑Bank» and from 2004 it was part of a private international banking holding company with its head office in Luxembourg.
In 2022 the decision was made to abandon the Alfa-Bank brand, the bank's legal name was changed to JSC «Sens Bank» and the new brand Sense Bank was created.
22 July 2023 the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals signed a sale and purchase agreement for 100% of the shares of JSC 'Sense Bank'. Sense Bank became state-owned.
Authorized capital of Sense Bank as of 2026 amounts to: 28 726 247 548,40 UAH.
Sense Bank holds leading positions in all segments of the banking market, is one of Ukraine's stable and reliable banks, and is included in the list of systemically important banks of Ukraine, approved by the board of the NBU in 2023.
