Chumak Oleksandr Oleksandrovych
Acting Head of the Board
Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Chumak has worked in the banking sector since 2000. Since 3 December 2020 he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC 'Bank Alliance'. From 3 February 2026 the Supervisory Board appointed Oleksandr Chumak as Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC 'Bank Alliance'; he will assume the position of Chairman after his candidacy is approved by the National Bank. Until taking office, Oleksandr Chumak will perform the duties of Chairman. He graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in 'Finance and Credit' (2000).
Burkytsia Viktor Hryhorovych

Viktor Hryhorovych Burkytsa has worked in the banking sector since 1995, and at JSC "Bank Alliance" since 2017 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) with a specialization in "Economic and Social Planning" (1994).
Paliura Vitalii Volodymyrovych

Vitalii Volodymyrovych Palyura has worked in the banking sector since 2005. Since 2 December 2020 he has been working at PJSC 'Bank Alliance' and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board. He graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University with a degree in Mathematics (1997) and from the Institute of International Finance of CJSC 'Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law' with a degree in Finance (2008).
Bocharov Serhii Viktorovych

Serhii Viktorovych Bocharov has worked in the banking sector since 2005. Since 1 January 2021 he has worked at JSC "Bank Alliance" and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management Board. He graduated from Kharkiv National Economic University in "Economics of Enterprise" (2004).

On 10 March 1992 the National Bank of Ukraine registered the Commercial Joint-Stock Bank "Alliance-Credit Bank" (CJSB "Alliance-Credit Bank"), created as an open joint-stock company in accordance with the decision of the founders' constituent meeting.
On 23 April 2010, by decision of the general meeting of shareholders, the bank's name was changed to Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank Alliance" (PJSC "Bank Alliance"); on 17 April 2018 it was changed to Joint-Stock Company "Bank Alliance" (JSC "Bank Alliance").
