About bank
On 16 July 2015 Agro Holdings (Ukraine) Limited, a subsidiary of NCH Advisors, concluded an agreement to acquire PJSC "Astra Bank", which was registered in 2007 and was declared insolvent by the National Bank of Ukraine in 2015. On 4 February 2016 the bank entered the financial market under a new brand – Agroprosperis Bank (JSC Agroprosperis Bank). Agroprosperis Bank is a bank with 100% foreign capital (USA and Europe).
Agroprosperis Bank was the first among Ukrainian banks that finance agribusiness to systematically lend to small farmers with land plots up to 300 ha and to extend funds against agricultural receipts, providing more than 1 billion UAH secured by this innovative instrument.
Founders, beneficiaries (owners) of the bank: Agro Holdings (Ukraine) Limited, Tabasinik Moris, Ror Dzhordzh.
Major shareholders: Agro Holdings (Ukraine) Limited - 100%.
Authorized capital of Agroprosperis Bank as of 2026: 310 000 000,00 UAH.
The bank is a member of the Ukrainian Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals (certificate No.203 dated 20.08.2025).
