Chairman of the Board
Chairman of the Management Board of Arkada Bank since June 1995. Has worked at PJSC "Arkada" since August 1993. He held positions as Deputy Chairman of the Board; in May 1995 he was appointed Acting Chairman of the Board of Arkada Bank. Kostiantyn Palyvoda holds a Doctor of Economics degree and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Pension Fund Administrators (FIAP). On 25.08.2020 the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decided to classify JSC Commercial Bank "Arkada" as insolvent due to a decrease in capital regulatory ratios by 50 or more percentage points from the minimum established level.
Bank "Arkada" is a Ukrainian commercial bank that operated from 1993 and provided banking services to individuals and legal entities. The bank was one of the first to offer and implement a programme of investing in housing construction using funds from the population and long-term (up to 30 years) mortgage lending.
