Asvio Bank

JSC 'Asviobank' - is one of the first commercial banks of Ukraine. On 30 October 1991 the National Bank of Ukraine registered LLC 'Chernihivbank', which by decision of the founders' meeting on 20.09.1993 was renamed JSC AB 'Chernihivbank'. On 28 April 1999 AB 'Chernihivbank' was renamed AB 'Privatinvest'. On 8 April 2002 AB 'Privatinvest' was renamed OJSC AB 'Privatinvest'. On 21 December 2009 the company type and name were changed from OJSC AB 'Privatinvest' to PJSC AB 'Privatinvest'. In 30.04.2010 the bank was renamed PJSC 'Asviobank'. On 23 April 2018 PJSC 'Asviobank' changed its name to JSC 'Asviobank'.
