Avant-Bank

From 25.02.2016 - a decision has been made to commence liquidation proceedings. From 29.01.2016 - a temporary administration has been imposed.

PJSC "Avant-Bank" is a universal commercial bank, registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on 3 March 2009. NBU licence No.252 dated 18 November 2011. Participant of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals since 30 June 2009 (certificate No.205 dated 22.11.2012). As of 1 January 2015, Avant-Bank, by NBU classification, belongs to the third group of banks and ranks 48th by assets among 158 active banks in the country. The level of current liquidity as of 01.01.15 was 77,05%. Avant-Bank's assets as of 1 January 2015 amounted to 3,2 billion UAH, of which highly liquid assets, in particular: cash on hand in the bank and balances on correspondent accounts in other banks, constitute 20,1%. As of 1 January 2015 the volume of high-quality client loans, classified as I and II categories, amounts to 89,9% of the total client indebtedness. Negatively classified loan operations constitute 1,3% of Avant-Bank's assets. Balances on clients' current and deposit accounts increased over 2014 by 65,1%. Among the strategic objectives of the financial institution by the end of 2016 is to build a nationwide regional network, ensuring presence in all oblast and regional centres of the country. At present Avant-Bank is already represented in 23 regions and has 45 branches, 18 of them in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Avant-Bank's activities fully comply with International Financial Reporting Standards and are confirmed by the audit results of LLC "BDO", which is a member of the international BDO International network.
