About bank
In 1997 Citigroup established a representative office in Ukraine. In 1998 Ukraine became the 100-th country of Citi's presence (JSC CITIBANK) worldwide, as a subsidiary fully owned by American shareholders, when the National (State) Bank of Ukraine granted Citi a full package of banking licenses allowing Citi to carry out commercial banking operations in both local and foreign currencies.
The owner of the bank is Citibank Overseas Investment Corporation (USA).
Citibank's authorized capital as of 2025: 200 000 080,00 UAH.
