We inform you that on '25' April 2018 the regular (annual) General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC 'Divi Bank' decided to cease the Bank's banking activities without terminating the legal entity as a result of liquidation, and also approved the Plan for the cessation of banking activities of Public Joint-Stock Company Divi Bank (EDRPOU code 37572263) without terminating the legal entity as a result of liquidation.
Національним Банком України «15» травня 2018 року було погоджено План припинення здійснення банківської діяльності Публічного Акціонерного Товариства Діві Банк (код ЄДРПОУ 37572263) без припинення юридичної особи в результаті ліквідації (рішення №272-рш/БТ від 15.05.2018 року).
