Chairman of the Management Board of Globus Bank since 1 November 2016. Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, Chair of the Committee of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine on financial, banking and investment activities. Vice-president of the Association of Ukrainian Banks. The banker's career began in August 1996. In 2010–2011 he worked as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board on strategic development of Globus Bank. In 2006–2010 he held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Ukrgasbank. Graduated from Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU). Master of Business Administration, speciality «Finance and Credit». PhD in Economics.

Dmitrieva Olena Mykhailivna First Deputy Chair of the Board

First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Globus Bank since 5 December 2019. Organizer of the work of the retail business, small and medium business, international cooperation, marketing and advertising, remote customer service and the branch network. The banker's career began in 1997 with the position of specialist of 2 category in the Department of Economic Analysis and Forecasting of AB «AvtoZAZbank». She held the positions of Head of the Department of Planning, Economic Analysis and Financial Risks of AB «Express-Bank», Director of the Risk-Management Department and Deputy Chair of the Management Board of Ukrgasbank. She worked as Head of the Legal Support Department for expertise of legal acts of the Main Department of Communal Property of the Kyiv City State Administration. Joined the Globus Bank team in 2015 as a member of the Supervisory Board. Education obtained at Zaporizhzhia State University (speciality «Applied Mathematics»), Financial Institute «Azhio» (speciality «Banking»), National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy» (speciality «Organizational Management») and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School of the National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy» (speciality «Business Administration»). PhD in Mathematics.

Has 20 years' experience in the banking sector. Held positions as Director of the Department for Corporate VIP Clients at Ukrgasbank and Head of the Credit Department at PJSC CB 'Financial Initiative'. Obtained economic education at the Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine with a major in 'Finance'.

Has over 23 years in the banking system. Held senior positions at JSC CB 'PrivatBank' and JSC 'Unex Bank'. Graduated from Dnipro National University named after Oles Honchar with a degree in 'Computer Science in Banking' and from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the NBU with a degree in 'Banking'.

Part of the Globus Bank team since 2009. Held positions of vice-president and adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board on legal matters. Has many years of banking experience in roles such as Head of the Legal Service at PJSC AB 'Ukrgasbank', Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC 'BTA Bank', and adviser to the Secretariat of the Deputy Chairmen of the Secretariat of the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine. Educated at Chernivtsi State University named after Y. Fedkovych with a degree in 'Law'.
