JSC "Aibox Bank" operated in the Ukrainian financial market since 1993; it was initially called "Agrokombank", and rebranding took place in 2015. The bank provided all types of banking services to individuals and legal entities.
On 07 March 2023 the NBU made a decision to revoke the licence of JSC «Aibox Bank», after which the bank's liquidation proceedings began.
The bank's shareholders were individuals Drobot V.I., Putyatin O.Ya., Khmelev I.Ya., Smaliy O.V., Semenenko M.O., Berezovskyi Ye.N., Shevtsova A.V. and LLC "Alfa-Kros".
JSC "Aibox Bank" was a participant of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals (certificate No. 3 dated 23.07.2018).
