About bank
Registration and receipt of the National Bank of Ukraine licence No.221 dated 09 August 2005. A year later, receipt of the General licence No.221-02 dated 30.08.2012 for the right to conduct foreign exchange operations.
In 2019 the type of joint stock company was changed from public to private and the name was changed from PJSC "Bank for Investments and Savings" to JSC "Bank for Investments and Savings" (Joint Stock Company Bank for Investments and Savings).
Founders of the bank, shareholders with large stakes, beneficiaries (owners): Ivakhiv Stepan Petrovych, Lahur Serhii Mykolaiovych, Popov Andrii Volodymyrovych.
