JSC «AKB «Concord» was founded on 7 August 2006.
Since 2016 Konkord Bank has a contract with the independent processing centre "ProCard", which makes it completely independent in everything – from issuing super-modern cards to terminals, from providing bonus systems to ultra-fast payments. In 2017 the bank's authorised capital was increased to 200 million UAH.
JSC 'AKB Concord' was the first among small and medium Ukrainian banks to become a principal member of the Mastercard, Visa and Prostir payment systems. In its history (since 2006) the bank has issued over 100 000 payment cards, each of which can be linked to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Garmin Pay.
Shareholders of Concord Bank are Olena Sosiedka, Yuliia Sosiedka and Malomuzh Tetiana.
