Kristalbank

Crystalbank (Joint-Stock Company "Crystalbank") was the first bank in Ukraine created by the Deposit Guarantee Fund with the status of "Transitional Bank" in 2014. In March 2015 the bank lost the status of "Transitional Bank" and obtained a full banking license to provide all banking services to legal entities and individuals within the framework of applicable Ukrainian legislation.

Main shareholders/founders/owners:

• Lening Maryna Hustavivna - 50%;
• Hrebinska Oksana Volodymyrivna - 25%;
• Hrebinskyi Leonid Andriyovych - 25%.

Charter capital JSC 'Krystalbank' as of 2026: 421 097 250 UAH.

Krystalbank is a permanent participant of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (Certificate No229 dated 20.08.2025).

The Krystalbank network provides a full range of banking services to corporate clients and private individuals.
