Lviv Bank

JSC JSCB 'Lviv' (Joint stock company Joint stock bank 'Lviv') — a Ukrainian bank with its head office in Lviv. Founded 17 October 1990. In 2006 a group of Icelandic companies through the Ukrainian company 'New Progress Holding' became strategic investors of the bank. This bank received the largest Icelandic investment in Ukraine, which strengthened the bank's financial stability, raised its operations to a new qualitative level, expanded the range of offered services and its branch network. On 29 January 2019 51% of the bank's shares were purchased by the Swiss fund ResponsAbility, and in 2022 the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation Nefco bought 13,94% of the bank's shares.

- other shareholders in the number of seventy-nine persons - 0,03%.
Ultimate beneficial owner:
Peturson Margeir (citizen of Iceland) — indirect participation.
Authorized capital of JSC AKB "Lviv" as of 2026: 950 101 338,00 UAH.
The bank is a current member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (Certificate No.031 dated 20.08.2025).

Awards and prizes:
At the annual FinAwards 2023 Bank Lviv was the silver prize-winner in the category 'Best Deposit' and the bronze prize-winner in the categories 'Best Cash Loan' and 'Best Advertising Campaign Category: Banks'.
