MetaBank

MetaBank (Joint-Stock Company "MetaBank") began its operations on 12 July 1993 in Zaporizhzhia as the regional Joint-Stock Bank "Metallurg" (JSB "Metallurg"). It was reorganized into JSC MetaBank on 22 May 2009, into Public Joint-Stock Company MetaBank on 14 August 2009, and into Joint Stock Company "MetaBank" from 05 December 2018.
The bank consistently develops its product line for a wide range of clients.

The founders/owners/shareholders with significant participation in the Bank are:

• Nosyk Larysa Mykolaivna owns a stake in the Bank's share capital of 81,78%, including: 33,85% directly and 47,93% indirectly;
• Kulyk Valerii Heorhiiovych directly owns a share of the Bank's authorized capital in the amount of 10,3481%;
• Limited Liability Company «Metalurh-Meta» (EDRPOU code 20496084) owns a 33,26% share of the Bank's statutory capital, including 32,54% directly and 0,71% indirectly;
• Limited Liability Company 'Ost 2008' (EDRPOU code 32440649) owns a 10,53% stake in the Bank's charter capital, including 5,60% directly and 4.92% indirectly.

MetaBank is a permanent participant of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (Certificate No073 dated 20.08.2025).

JSC "MetaBank" is the payment organisation of the intrabank payment system "Metalkart" (registration certificate No. 8 dated 07.09.2009). The "Metalkarta" payment system has been entered into the Register of payment systems, participants and operators of payment infrastructure services since 30.04.2014.
