Motor-Bank

13.04.2026. The NBU decided to revoke the banking licence and liquidate JSC "Motor-Bank" on the proposal of the Deposit Guarantee Fund dated 06.04.2026.
In 19.02.26 the NBU made a decision to classify JSC "Motor-Bank" as insolvent.
JSC "Motor-Bank" was registered in 2007. In 2009 the name was changed to PJSC "Motor-Bank". Later the bank changed its governance form to a joint-stock company.
The founder and main shareholder was Bohuslaiev Viacheslav Oleksandrovych, former president of JSC "Motor-Sich" — 100% ownership. In 2023 the bank was nationalised and in 2024 it was transferred into state ownership — to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The bank was a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
