JSC "Poltava-Bank" (Joint Stock Company "Poltava Bank") was created by decision of the founders' constituent meeting (protocol dated 31.05.1993) and was registered as an open joint-stock company in December 1993. The bank is the successor of the commercial bank "Poltava-Bank", which was registered with the State Bank of the USSR in March 1990.
The bank's main activities include providing financial services to legal entities and individuals within Ukraine.
The main shareholder (87,0265%) and the owner of a direct significant participation is Nekrasov Oleksandr Vasylovych.
