In March 2025 the NBU revoked the licence of JSC "Bank "Portal" and removed it from the state register at the request of the bank itself. In September 2024 the bank's sole shareholder decided to cease banking activities without terminating the legal entity and the NBU approved the bank's plan to exit the market.
Bank "Portal" was founded in 07.06.2013.
The sole shareholder of the bank "Portal", who owned 100% of shares, was Kolosnytsyn Ihor Oleksandrovych.
The bank was a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals.
Portal Bank had no branches or offices and provides banking services without involving commercial agents.
