Povshednyi Oleksandr Petrovych Chairman of the Board

Oleksandr Povshednyi has worked at ProCredit Bank since 2002. During his time at the bank he held positions as a credit specialist, credit manager, branch manager, Head of the Learning and Personnel Development Department, after which he headed the Human Resources Department. In 2010 he was appointed Executive Director, and in 2012 — Deputy Head of the Management Board. Since September 2024 Oleksandr Povshednyi has been Head of the Management Board, responsible for business, finance and administration. Oleksandr Povshednyi graduated from Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University with a degree in Manager of Foreign Economic Activity. He graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth (Germany). He was born in 1979.

Hanna Savenya has worked at ProCredit Bank since 2002. During her career she held positions as a credit specialist, credit manager, branch manager and coordinator for lending in the north-eastern region. In 2011 she was appointed Head of the Credit Risk Management Department. Since 2013 she has been Head of the Business Client Development Department. Since July 2024 Hanna Savenya has been a Member of the Management Board, responsible for business client development. Hanna graduated from Kharkiv National University of Economics with a degree in Organizational Management. She graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth (Germany). She was born in 1977.

Ruben Ohanyan has worked at ProCredit Bank since 2003. During his time at the bank he held positions as a credit specialist, credit manager, branch manager, coordinator for business client lending and Head of the Credit Control Department. In 2012 he took the position of Retail Business Development Manager. In 2014 he headed the Credit Risk Management Department. Since July 2024 Ruben Ohanyan has been a Member of the Management Board, responsible for operational activities. He graduated from Pryazovskyi State Technical University with a degree in Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies. He graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Veles (North Macedonia) and the ProCredit Academy in Fürth (Germany). He was born in 1980.

ProCredit Bank (Joint-Stock Company "ProCredit Bank") began its operations in Ukraine in February 2001 as a bank providing loans to representatives of micro, small and medium-sized businesses. Until autumn 2003 the bank was called "Microfinance Bank".
