Chairman of the Management Board of FUIB since October 2012. Winner of FinAwards 2025 in the nomination “Banker of the Year”. February–October 2012 – FUIB, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). April 2011 – February 2012 – FUIB, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. September 2008 – April 2011 – FUIB, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. 2006–2008 – FUIB, member of the supervisory board. 2005–2006 – FUIB, Head of the Central Risk Management Department and member of the management board. 1997–2005 – FUIB, specialist of the Central Risk Assessment Department. He graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a degree in International Economic Relations and Management of Foreign Economic Activity.
Areas of responsibility: debt restructuring, finance Kostiantyn Shkoliarenko graduated from Donetsk National University with a degree in International Economics in 2001. Kostiantyn Shkoliarenko has over 10 years of experience in banking, during which he held senior positions in risk management at Alfa-Bank Ukraine, served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kreditprombank, and also as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Donhorbank. He joined FUIB in 2011 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for debt restructuring. In 2019 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of FUIB.
Area of responsibility: corporate business Serhii Mahdych graduated from Zaporizhzhia National Technical University majoring in Finance. He holds the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. He received an MBA from the International Institute of Business (MIB). He has 17-year experience in banking, of which 15 years were at FUIB. In 2004 he joined FUIB as Deputy Branch Manager of the Zaporizhzhia branch, which he later headed from 2006 to 2011. In 2011 he was appointed Director of the Corporate Business Department. Since March 2019 Serhii Mahdych has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FUIB.
Area of responsibility: retail business. Dmytro Polishchuk graduated from Central Ukrainian National Technical University (Master's in Finance) and completed postgraduate studies at Central Ukrainian National Technical University in 'Finance, Monetary Circulation and Credit'. He obtained an MBA (Master of Business Administration) at the Steinbeis University Institute of International Business Relations (Berlin, Germany). He has 14 years of experience in the banking sector. From 2014 to 2015 he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board at Renaissance Capital Bank, and from 2015 to 2020 he worked at FUIB as Director of the Retail Partner Sales Department and Director of the Retail Products Department. Since May 2023 Dmytro Polishchuk has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of FUIB.
Area of responsibility: organisation of effective operation and development of the network, operations support centre, cash circulation and collection, processing centre, provision of the bank’s operations Nataliia Kosenko graduated from Donetsk National University majoring in Finance and Credit in 1979. Nataliia Kosenko has worked in banking for almost 40 years, during which she held senior positions in Derzhbank, Bank of Ukraine, and Prominvestbank. From 1999 to 2009 Nataliia Kosenko headed the FUIB branch in Donetsk, and in 2009 she was appointed Chair of Donhorbank. She managed the merger of Donhorbank and FUIB. As Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Nataliia Kosenko joined the FUIB team in 2011.
Artur Zahorodnykov graduated from Horlivskyi Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages majoring in English and German philology, and then continued his studies at Donetsk National University majoring in Finance. He holds the title “Honored Economist of Ukraine”, which he received in 2013. In 2015 he obtained an MBA from the University of Sheffield (UK). He began his career 039 in the banking sector in 1992, holding senior positions at banks such as Kreditprombank, Ukrainian Financial World Bank and Prominvestbank. Artur Zahorodnykov joined FUIB in 2009 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for business development.
Area of responsibility: risk control Fedot Yeremenko graduated from Kyiv National Economic University specialising in 'Finance' in 2000. Fedot Yeremenko joined the FUIB team in June 1999 as a specialist in the credit management support and control department. In 2012 he was appointed head of the Risk Management Department. He has more than 16 years of experience in bank risk management. Since December 2013 Fedot Yeremenko has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of FUIB.
Area of responsibility: personnel management Tetiana Kostyuchenko graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1991. She has a certificate from the Society for Human Resources Management (USA). Her professional experience in personnel management is more than 19 years, during which she headed HR at Universal Bank and UMC. In 2013 the business publication 'Investgazeta' included Tetiana Kostyuchenko in the list of the '50 best HR directors'. She joined the FUIB team in 2013 as Deputy Chair of the Board for personnel management.
Area of responsibility: security matters Leonid Skalozub graduated from Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University and the Odessa Institute of National Economy, holds the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences and the title “Honored Lawyer of Ukraine”, awarded in 2009. Leonid Skalozub is a Lieutenant General of Police and has 25-year service experience in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 2005 to 2010 he headed the Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Leonid Skalozub joined the FUIB team in May 2012. He was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for security in 2013.

First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB, Joint-Stock Company First Ukrainian International Bank) has been operating on the Ukrainian financial market for more than 30 years. It was founded in 1991 and at that time specialised in lending to large industrial enterprises. In 2011 the bank, after merging with Dongorbank, entered the TOP-10 of the largest banks of Ukraine by assets. At present the bank retains its position in the top ten.
According to the NBU list published in June 2026, FUIB is classified assystemically important banks.
