CJSC 'Bank NRB-Ukraine' was founded in 15.06.2001.
On 27 December 2007, JSC "Sberbank of Russia" acquired 100% of the share package of bank "NRB-Ukraine". At that time "NRB-Ukraine" belonged to the fourth group of banks by the classification of the National Bank of Ukraine (small banks).
On 05 August 2009 – the name Public Joint-Stock Company 'Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia' or JSC 'Sberbank of Russia' was registered.
JSC "Sberbank" was a 100% subsidiary bank of PJSC Sberbank and was part of the Sberbank International Group.
The bank was a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals.
By NBU Board decision No. 91 — rsh\/BT of 25 February 2022 on the revocation of the banking licence and liquidation of JSC 'Mizhnarodnyi Reservnyi Bank', the procedure for its liquidation was initiated.
