Sportbank was a joint project of IT company Dyvotech and company N1, which operated initially on the basis of licences of 2 banks: Oxi Bank and Tascombank, and subsequently only Tascombank.
The bank operated without branches.
The bank's founders were Denys Saprykin and Nikita Izmaylov.
In April 2024 the Board of Tascombank decided to cease development and further operation of the sportbank project. Consequently, from 12 May 2024 the sportbank application ceased to be available for use, and the bank's clients were able to continue servicing at Tascombank.
