Ukrbudinvestbank

Ukrbudinvestbank is a Ukrainian bank that was established in 2004. In 2007–2014 the bank was the main financial partner of a large construction holding. In 2015–2016 the bank underwent renewal; a change of shareholders led to the selection of a new course of development for the bank. A new management team is being formed, aimed at implementing the Bank's new strategy. Today Ukrbudinvestbank is actively expanding its geographic presence in Ukraine by opening regional branches.
On 30 October 2020 the national rating agency "Rurik" updated the long-term credit rating of the borrower Ukrbudinvestbank (Kyiv) on the National rating scale to uaAA – investment category, outlook "stable". The degree of deposit reliability is at level r4 – "High deposit stability".
The bank's shareholders are Demyanenko Svitlana Anatoliivna (74,93%), Podhornits Yuliia Valeriivna (9,90%), Minevych Liudmyla Valentynivna (9,90%), Shyshova Nataliia Oleksandrivna (5,27%).
Ukrbudinvestbank is a member of the following organizations:

Awards and prizes:

• 28 October 2020 Following the annual awards ceremony of laureates of the XII nationwide contest "Bank of the Year – 2020", among the best banking institutions Ukrbudinvestbank entered the ranking of 50 leading banks of Ukraine 2020 according to the International Financial Club "Bankir" and became the winner in the special nomination "Bank - technological partner of corporate business" and for the second time confirmed its victory in the nomination "For a successful business model of development of the bank and banking group - 2020".
• On 10 February 2021 Ukrbudinvestbank became the winner in the "Corporate Bank" nomination in the category Banks with Ukrainian capital among small banks, and received an honorary award following the annual XI nationwide competition "Banks of the Year – 2021", within the VII Legal Banking Forum, which was held on 10 February 2021 by "Financial Club" and the publisher "Legal Practice".
