Ukrainian Capital

Joint-Stock Company "Bank 'Ukrainian Capital'" (JSC Bank Ukrainian Capital) is a universal Ukrainian commercial bank, registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on 25 December 1992 as ACB "Zakarpattia" in the city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia Oblast. On 26 September 1995 the head office was transferred to Kyiv.

On 15 February 1996 the bank changed its name to "Ukrainian Capital". In 24.12.2019 the general meeting of the bank's shareholders adopted a decision to change the type of the bank to a private joint-stock company and changed the name from Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank 'Ukrainian Capital'" to Joint-Stock Company "Bank 'Ukrainian Capital'".
