About bank
The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine was established on 3 January 1992 in accordance with Presidential Decree No.29, and on 23 January of the same year the bank received its first licence from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). In 2009 the bank was transformed into a public joint-stock company with 100 percent of shares held by the state.
According to the NBU list published in March 2024, Ukreximbank is classified as a systemically important bank.
JSC "Ukreximbank" is a joint-stock company, 100% of whose shares are owned by the state represented by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Authorized capital of JSC 'Ukreximbank' as of 2026: 45 570 041 124,00 UAH.
The bank is a participant of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals (certificate No.021 dated 20.08.2025).
