JSC "Yunex Bank" (Joint-stock company Unex Bank) - was founded on 3 December 1993.

According to the NBU list published in March 2024, Yunex Bank is classified as a systemically important bank.

Authorized capital of JSC 'Yunex Bank' as of 2026 is 492 000 000,00 UAH

Founders JSC «Yunex Bank» is:

• Cypriot company "Napalor Holdings Limited", which owns 100% of the bank's authorised capital,
• Citizen of the Czech Republic Tomas Fiala (owner of 75,01% of shares)
• Ivan Svitek (owner of 24,99% of shares).

Yunex Bank is a member of the following organizations:

Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (certificate № 152 of 20.08.2025); 
Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine.

Awards and prizes:

• Yunex Bank won the bronze at the annual FinAwards 2024 in the category "Best Cash Loan".
• Within FinAwards 2023 Unex Bank was the bronze prize-winner in the category "Best deposit".
• 15.08.2023. The rating agency 'Standard-Rating' determined the reliability rating of JSC 'Yunex Bank' deposit funds at ua.1.
• 15.08.2023. The rating agency "Standard-Rating" decided to assign JSC "Yunex Bank" a long-term borrower credit rating at the uaAAA level.
