Joint-Stock Company "VST Bank" (JSC VST bank) was established on 23 April 2002 and registered by the NBU on 17 October 2002 as CJSC "Agrobank". In December 2006 the bank joined the Home Credit Group and is the legal successor to all rights and obligations of Agrobank and PJSC "Home Credit Bank". In 2012 the bank began operating as Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank Vostok". From 16 September 2025 Bank Vostok became VST bank (legal name JSC "VST Bank").
