Yute Bank

Iute Bank Ukraine (PJSC "Transitional Bank 'Iute Bank'", Private Joint Stock Company "Bridge Bank 'Iute Bank'") was established in 2025 by the Estonian fintech group Iute Group on the basis of the assets of the liquidated RVS Bank. The bank is part of the international fintech group Iute Group, founded in 2008, with its head office in Tallinn (Estonia).

• Allar Niinepuu, citizen of the Republic of Estonia, indirect participation in the bank 43,9693%;

• Oleg Ossinovski, citizen of the Republic of Estonia, indirect participation in the bank 2,8083%;
• Leho Alliksoo, citizen of the Republic of Estonia, indirect participation in the bank 1,5644%;
• Aleksei Matvejev, citizen of the Republic of Estonia, indirect participation in the bank 1,4051%.
