1 July 2021 — the Board of the NBU decided to classify JSC 'KB Zemelnyi Kapital' as problematic due to its violation of liquidity standards.
Bank "Zemelnyi Kapital" was registered by the NBU on 31 January 1994.
The bank's clients include state, municipal, joint-stock and private enterprises and firms, and farming households. The bank is not focused on any particular industries, therefore its clients include manufacturers of building materials and construction organisations, energy, gas and water supply companies, transport organisations, enterprises for processing agricultural products and the food industry, trading companies and various commercial firms.
The bank's shareholders are: Topolov Viktor Semenovych, Silchenko Mykhailo Leonidovych.
The bank is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
Since its opening the bank has operated in the main segments of the financial market: implements a balanced credit policy; carries out securities operations; fully provides clients' international settlements, meets their needs in foreign currency operations; attracts funds from legal entities and individuals.
