The Government Portal reports: a new stage of the Presidential Grants of Ukraine for young people from small territorial communities is being launched for 2027.

Grant amounts and project areas
Young people from communities with up to 10,000 residents are eligible to participate. Grants from 50 to 200 thousand UAH are provided for the implementation of initiatives.
The grants are intended for projects that develop communities, strengthen their resilience and create new opportunities for people. Areas include culture, accessibility, energy resilience and other projects that can positively affect community life.
“It is important that this time the programme will cover more communities. I am convinced that our young people have many ideas and a vision of what needs to change locally. We must give them the opportunity to bring these initiatives to life. We often talk about the resilience of communities. But it depends to a greater extent on young people — on their ideas, initiatives and readiness to act,” — noted the Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vitalii Bezgin.
Who can apply
Individuals aged 14 to 35 who meet the competition’s requirements may apply.

Participation does not require having a community organisation or prior experience in implementing projects, the programme description states.
Application period and source of funding
Applications will be accepted from 2 November to 2 December 2026. This period is specified as the official application window for the competition.
Project funding is provided within the State Budget of Ukraine for 2027, according to the Government Portal.
