According to Uniqa, in the third quarter of 2026 the company paid clients 666,5 mln UAH in insurance claims. This is the total across contracts for various types of insurance.
The largest share comprised payments under auto insurance and voluntary medical insurance. Over the three months, 291,7 mln UAH was paid for auto insurance, of which 188,1 mln UAH related to comprehensive auto insurance (KASKO) and 103,7 mln UAH to compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (MTPL); for voluntary medical insurance (VMI) clients received 249,3 mln UAH.
Payments under property insurance contracts amounted to 10,5 mln UAH, and under other types of insurance, including life insurance, — 115 mln UAH. Among the largest payments of the quarter were 1,0 mln UAH under a KASKO contract in July, 3,0 mln UAH under a property insurance contract in August and 4,4 mln UAH under a voluntary cargo insurance contract in September.
During the quarter Uniqa specialists settled 2 138 cases under compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (MTPL) contracts and 1 519 cases via the direct settlement procedure. Under comprehensive auto insurance (KASKO) contracts 887 cases (32%) were settled within up to 10 days.
The company’s medical assistance handled 689 679 requests, providing clients with access to medical services and consultations. The technical assistance service provided support for 40 199 requests, and the average service satisfaction score during the quarter was 4,66 points out of 5 possible.
