Ostapets Oleh Volodymyrovych First Deputy Chair of the Board

In 2004 he graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, majoring in organisation management. He has more than 18 years of successful experience working in banks, including over 16 years in managerial positions. From December 2016 he worked as a member of the Management Board of PAT «Universal Bank». In February 2017 he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PAT «Universal Bank».

She has many years of experience in senior positions in finance, including at PAT «Universal Bank». Her professional experience in finance totals more than 18 years, during which she held senior positions at the following banks: AT Alfa-Bank, Raiffeisenbank Ukraine. She joined the team of PAT «Universal Bank» in September 2009 as Deputy Director of the Department for Accounts Receivable Management. In February 2011 Olha Luhova was appointed Director of the Department for Accounts Receivable Management. From February 2017 Olha Luhova was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of PAT «Universal Bank».

He has more than 22 years of experience in the banking sector, gained while holding managerial positions at VAT "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" and at PAT «Universal Bank». From May 2008 Andrii Zvizlo joined the team of PAT «Universal Bank» and headed the sales of deposit products. In February 2017 Andrii Zvizlo was appointed Director of the Department of Retail Products and Transaction Banking — a member of the Management Board. In April 2025 Andrii Zvizlo was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Miliushko Tetiana Volodymyrvna Chief Accountant

In 1996 she graduated from Kyiv State Economic University, specialising in accounting and audit, programme – accounting and audit in banks. She has 31 year of experience in the banking sector, including 29 years in managerial positions at AKB "Ukraina", AKB "TAS-Komercbank", AT "Svedbank" (public), PAT "Perekhidny Bank "RVS Bank". In February 2017 Tetiana Miliushko joined the team of PAT «Universal Bank» as the Bank's Chief Accountant.
