Born in 1975 in Kyiv. Graduated from Kyiv State Linguistic University with a degree in 'Management in the Non-Production Sphere' and from European University with a degree in 'Finance and Credit'. Has over 30 years of experience in the banking system. Started her career in March 1994 as a specialist at Aval. Since then she has worked in various positions – economist, head of the exchange operations department, deputy head of loan administration, head of the credit administration department, and head of the monitoring, control and administration of credit operations department. In July 2007 N. Hurina was appointed Deputy Chief Risk Manager – Director of the Corporate Risk Department of the bank. Since January 2012 she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for the risk management vertical. From 1 January 2026 she has been Chairperson of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank.
Born in 1970 in Zaporizhzhia. Holds higher technical and economic education. Has worked in the banking sector since 1994, and in the Raiffeisen Group since 2001. She is an experienced specialist in management, organisation and improving the quality of banking processes. During her time at Raiffeisen Bank she was responsible for various areas of the bank's activity: from 2006 she headed the Zaporizhzhia Regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank; from 2008 she was Director of the Department of Organisational and Process Management; from 2014 she held the position of Operations Director and was responsible for the bank's back office, including the centralized unit in Kherson. Since 1 September 2016 she has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for the bank's operations support vertical.
Born in 1976 in Poland. He received education in finance and banking at the Cracow University of Economics and Hogeschool Brabant Breda. From 2007 he held the position of vice-president, from 2009 – Chairman of the Management Board of Renaissance Credit. He was at one time a board member of Sygma Bank (Poland) and has experience working in the Polish branch of PricewaterhouseCoopers. From September 2014 to April 2023 he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FUIB. Since September 2023 he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the bank and is responsible for the retail business vertical.
Born in 1978 in Alchevsk, Luhansk region. In 2001 she graduated from the Donbas Mining and Metallurgical Institute with a degree in Management of Organisations. In 2007 she obtained a diploma from Donbas State Technical University in Finance. In 2018 she earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate, confirming her expertise in IT management. In 2024 she completed the Developing Strategy and Value Creation - Executive Education programme aimed at developing strategic thinking and value creation. Yuliia's professional career spans more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector and more than 15 years of managerial experience, of which 7 years are in IT, including executive management. Yuliia has considerable experience in IT transformation, strategic planning and IT infrastructure management. She has proven herself as a purposeful trainer and mentor, able to engage teams working remotely and in hybrid formats effectively, creating a culture of transparent communication, trust, growth and results-orientation. Since 18 November 2024 she has held the position of Deputy Chair of the Management Board of the bank. Responsible for the information technology function.
Born in 1984 in Ternopil. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Has worked in the banking system since 2006. Started his career in August 2006 as an economist at Aval. Since then he has worked at the bank in various positions and areas within controlling, data flow management, investments and transformation. In September 2024 he was appointed Director of the Investment and Transformation Department of Raiffeisen Bank. Since 1 October 2025 he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for the financial vertical – financial and accounting reporting, controlling, and asset and liability management.

The joint‑stock company "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" (short name — JSC "Raiffeisen Bank") was registered on 27 March 1992 (until 25 September 2006 — the Joint‑Stock Postal‑Pension Bank "Aval"). Since October 2005 the bank became part of the Raiffeisen International Bank‑Holding AG group, Austria (since October 2010 — Raiffeisen Bank International AG).
