Public Joint-Stock Company, joint-stock bank “Ukrgasbank” is the legal successor of CJSC “Intergazbank”, JSCB “Service”, JSCB “Ukrnaftogazbank”, JSCB “Narodny Bank” and ATZT “Khadjibeybank”, registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on 21 July 1993 (registration № 183).
According to the list published by the NBU in March 2023, Ukrgasbank is classified as a systemically important bank.
The main owner of the bank is the state represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (94,9409%).
Authorized capital of Ukrgasbank as of 2026 amounts to 13 837 000 000 UAH.
The bank is a participant in the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (certificate No. 049 dated 20.08.2025).
