Digital solutions and claims settlement

The piece emphasises that the company was the first in the market to improve the claims settlement procedure for compulsory motor third‑party liability insurance (commonly referred to as “autotsyvilka”), speeding it up and simplifying it for clients. It also notes active development of digital channels and a desire to move settlements to a fully online format with clear statuses and integration with «Diia».

The motor insurance settlement system is described as digitised with automated control at every stage. According to the source, this provides scalability and manageability of the process and simplifies clients’ receipt of compensation.
