Appointment statuses at service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA): what each one means

According to the Main Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (GSC MIA), appointments for service-centre services can be made via the Main Service Centre’s website or the mobile app «E‑zapys», and after registering users can track the status of their appointment in the system. The GSC MIA explained the possible appointment statuses and which stage of the service process each reflects.

You can register on the official website of the Main Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (GSC MIA) or by using the mobile app «E‑zapys». The app can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store or Google Play. After registering in the system, it is possible to monitor the status of your appointment.

You can also make an appointment at a self-service terminal located inside an MIA service centre on the day you visit. The terminal lets you book an appointment without prior registration in the mobile app or on the website.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) approved the Regulation on the Unified State Register of the MIA, which defines the list of data about drivers, licences, exams, medical documents and driving entitlements that will be stored in the electronic system. Information about training at driving schools will also be linked to records of exam sittings.
