The figure reflects accruals for the month and may include one-off payments that affect monthly fluctuations.

Monthly salary figures can fluctuate due to one-off payments. In particular, accruals include a health recuperation allowance, compensation for unused annual leave and severance payments. Therefore the reported sums do not necessarily reflect an employee’s regular monthly pay.
